Okay I have a Sparkle Geforce 2 Titanium 64mb DDR video card which has S-Video (or what ever its called) TV-Out. My TV does not support S-Video so i got an RCA converter. When I connect it to the tv it displays but its in Black and White. I have tried the program TV Tool?? and I have also used the one which is under display where you set the video card output to the TV. I live in Australia but when i go to select the format it outputs with it does not have Australia in the list of countries. So I was thinkin maybe its outputing the signal in the wrong format but I dunno. I also connected the cable straight to the TV not to a VCR or DVD so there would be no interference.
Does anybody know how I can fix this I have looked everywhere but cant seem to find a solution...
