Are you logging in from a computer connected by wifi? If so, then use a computer connected by a network cable instead.

Hello and welcome to Tom's Hardware Forums.

Maybe they aren't the right login details. Have you checked the manual to see? Some logins use admin as the Admin and password for the password.

Page 57 of this manual http://www.tp-link.com/english/soft/200943083466.pdf goes out of its way to avoid suggesting what the password might be - see what's printed on the case.

Hello and welcome to Tom's Hardware Forums.

If you're doing this wirelessly, try again with a cabled connection to the router. Are you certain the login details are correct? If the login page bounces back at you with empty spaces for name and password, it hasn't accepted one or the other as being valid. Try admin and password instead.

Find or Change Your Internet Security Passphrase

1)Open the web browser that you use: Firefox,Google Chrome,IE,or Opera and type in the IP address for your router, and press the Enter key.
http://www.routeripaddress.com/ < Router ip addresses can be found here

2)A window will open and then type in your routers default username and password, and press the Enter key again

http://www.routerpasswords.com/ < Router usernames and passwords found here

3)Navigate to the Wireless Security\Network Security Settings Tab and open it to locate or change your WEP or WPA Security Passphrase.
Use WPA because it provides better security.

4)Write this Security Passphrase down and put it in a safe place to access when needed.

5)Save settings and close your browser.
