Is my internet good enough on the road?

Hey! Tethered my Iphone 4 cause my family is bout ready to drive down and its going to be a loooooooong drive
so we had an inverter and a gaming laptop so on the way down i thought that id tether my phone to hopefully be
fast enough to run WoW or Guild Wars 2

I was wondering if a 1-1.5mb speed can support it? cause ive heard of people playing games on dial up 512k speeds
so id imagine itd be doable. but its on the road so it may be different .

Speed is fine, but playing on a laptop in a car is no fun. Plus you will probably get drop-offs at some point with the connection.
