Hello,
want to have two firewall modems in one office - can they both have the same gateway ?

Not sure what a "firewall modem" is, but if you mean two modems, each w/ its own connection to an ISP, you can use a multi-WAN router and have your clients use it as a single network and gateway. The multi-WAN router would provide load balancing, failover protection, etc.
