Is there a way to use a laptop to disconnect your home network?

I have dsl internet, a 2 in 1 modem and router, a desktop computer and a laptop. I was looking for a way to disable the internet in my entire house using the laptop. Is this possible with some sort of CMD command?

  1. Just log into the router's UI, find the WAN configuration, and disable it (might actually be an option, or else release the DHCP lease (renew it to bring it up again), or in the worst case, just change the WAN type (which just misconfigures it, crude but still effective). One of these is bound to work.
