CPU: Intel Core i7
Graphics Card:ASUS HD7870-DC2-2GD5 Radeon HD 7870 GHz Edition 2GB 256-bit
Case: Antec Nine Hundred Black Steel
Motherboard: ZMSI P67A-G45 (B3) LGA 1155 Intel P67 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
Ram: G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB)
Power Supply: CORSAIR Enthusiast Series CMPSU-650TX 650W
Storage: Crucial M4 CT064M4SSD2 2.5" 64GB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) AND
Western Digital Caviar Blue WD5000AAKX 500GB 7200 RPM SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5
Optical Drive: ASUS 24X DVD Burner
CPU Cooler: stock cooler from the i7 but I do have a CORSAIR H100 (CWCH100) Extreme Performance Liquid CPU Cooler that i need to install

Many problems, first off it doesn't always start up until i switch the rams somehow in the motherboard. When I switch the rams up in different slots, sometimes it works. But other times the i7 fan starts running and then the computer stops, then tries the i7 fan again, then stops. All 4 motherboard lights are on.

Second problem is that it freezes once in a while, unable to move the mouse or use the keyboard for no reason. I'm unsure about this..

Last problem is that the framerate on my games go from 60fps to 5 fps and jump all around even though i have about 5000 physical memory free.

I have downloaded all of the software updates, graphics card updates, and put in all the disks you needed to. In addition I went over the cables at least 3 times with another person.

Seems to me your RAM is faulty. Run a memory test on your machine.

I think the windows 7 which you have installed this is corrupted. I suggest you to install genuine windows 7 Ultimate version
