Does anybody know where to get a PSU that has at least 10A on -12V, and doesn`t have a price tag over 100€ ??

WHAT!!! What can you possibly need that amount of power on the -12V for??? All the ATX power supplies Ive seen (which I expect is what you are after) can supply no more than 0.8Amps on the -12V, since practically nothing in an ATX PC uses it for anything (perhaps the soundcard, but not necessarily)

You probably need to look out for a non-PC PSU. There exists a very large amount a these. But high power on negative supplies are very unusual and you may have a problem finding one that can supply 8Amps.

For a sound sistem, I looked for some PSU that have more than -12V@8A, but have 3 diferent output and cost a lot of money.

Sound system? Are you trying to run a car stereo off a computer power supply? For that you don't need a computer power supply, you need a bench power supply which gives 13.8V DC and 10 to 75 Amps. Those are the ones people use to run demo sound system setups like the ones you see in auto studio. But those don't come cheap, even a 12 Amp cost little over $100 (US), 55 Amp $300+.

For a sound system? Then you probably also require +12V or..? If you only need -12V you can just by a cheap PC powersupply and swap the +/- wires. Even the low power PC supplies can supply more than 10A on the 12V output.
