Help audio noworking

Hello,
i havean hp pavillion zv6000 and i had wiped my winxp and installed win7 64 and for some reason my soundcard wasntinstalling the driver so i deleted the hardware in device manager then tried again to install but now my sound card doesnt show up at all... at first i think it wasnt working because the diff between 32 & 64 versions of windows.. but now my problem is actually finding the device its self. can anyone tell me a solution. sorry for my english is bad..

Trouble shoot Audio Problems.

1) -Make sure speakers are not muted.
2) -Make sure Windows Audio Service is set to Automatic & Started. (Run services.msc) Scroll down to Windows Audio Double click, start the service. And it should be set to "Automatic"
3) -Download & save to your desktop, Audio drivers for your computer model and Operating System from your Computer MFG Site. (Do not Install yet)
4) -Uninstall Audio Drivers in Device manager & Reboot.
5) -When new hardware is detected, point to desktop for drivers.
