What would an LCD require to not effect the quality of a TV sinal through a PCI TV tunner. Typical resolution of a TV signal is 480i which is (853X480 i think). I'm considering getting a 19" LCD mointor (native res is 1280x1024). Would this monitor require good interpolation to view the signal in fuul screen without any quality loss.
