my mobile phone was connecting from the internet connections,what is the procedure for system connected in the net connected for bluetooth

I'm not sure what you're asking.

IF your phone is connected to the internet via Wifi or 3g/4g, then any device connected to your phone via wifi hot spot, and potentially bluetooth should be able to access the internet through your phone.
