I have recently brought a Sony Ericsson V800 mobile phone and I am very
happy with it. However, I have just noticed something very strange.

I selected a ringtone by going to settings -> Ringtone and then selected my
ringtone from the list. This worked fine.
However, when I turn the phone off and then later turn it on again, the
selected ringtone has reverted to the original ringtone (i.e. Sony
Ericsson).

Why has my choice of ringtone been lost?
How can I make the V800 phone keep my choice of ringtone even after being
turned off & on again?

I hope you are able to help.
