I recently had my hard drive replaced by dell. Now my integrated webcam will not work. I'm assuming it's a driver issue. What driver is needed and where can I find it? If you intend to direct me to Dell's driver site and tell me to use my service tag, I've been there. If you can't tell me what category it would be under, I will assume it's not there, because I've looked. Thanks for your help.

Try windows update or search by Vendor & device Code from device mgr.
If you go in device manager, (for whichever device you need driver for)
Right click properties, go in details for the device driver.
You will see a code like per example VEN_8086&DEV_27D8&SUBSYS...

The VEN code means vendor and the DEV code means device: in this case...

Once you have the two codes, go to www.pcidatabase.com.
Enter the two codes and you should get the name of your hardware. From there you can search for a driver download for your hardware.

After much research I found the dell webcam driver and Creative Webcam Central software to open your webcam on Windows 7 64bit for Dell Studio 1749. I upgraded from Vista 64 bit to Windows 7 64bit and could not find how.. this is how:
You need to download these drivers
LCCH_0330_DRV_LA_1_12_01.exe webcam driver
and Dell R230103 driver.
