Hello, I was wondering how do u record a show or movie of a pc? Can the geforce 4 ti 4600 card do it? Do i need any kind of software? If so whats it called?

Yeah, I believe the Ti-4600 can do so; it has digital video-in so presumably you could pipe the output from a component DVD player or VCR to the video card. Then you'd need to use some video capture software to record it as a (usually huge) MPG or AVI file.

You might check out www.vcdhelp.com for lots of really solid info on doing video capture.
