Hello,
I'm setting up a wireless-N router. When I removed the ethernet cable to set up a second computer on the network, I lose the internet connection! My whole point in the wireless router was to be able to stay connected without wires all over the floor! I also plan to connect to the TV.

Thanks a million for any help. Cathy

Yes this is how Ethernet works.

you must make sure your devices (desktops, tv, etc) have wireless adaptors. Also please make sure all your computers have the latest service pack for the operating system. For example if you have Windows XP SP1 you will have trouble. you would need to upgrade it to SP3.

Also it wouldn't hurt to read the manual that came with your wireless router.
