What have I got?

I have this memory chip i cant identify - i need to know its pc value - eg pc133. It is a 168 pin 16 megabyte chip with the following markings
On chips: SEC Korea 707Y KM48C2104BK-6
and.........71C53LK ABT162244
On Module: 363C413BL AD8717-00

There were also some stickers on the module, they read:
SEC KMM364E213BK-6
KOREA 9710 H
and another with - IBM 704

ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.

I found this Canadian company <A HREF="http://www.emar-online.com/more15.htm" target="_new">EMAR International</A> who is a reseller of module <b>KM48C2104BK-6</b>. You might want to call/email them for spec's.

It seems they are <b><A HREF="http://www.samsungusa.com/cgi-bin/nabc/semiconductors/semiconductors_index.jsp" target="_new"><font color=red>Samsung</A></b></font color=red> chips.

Good or Bad have no meaning at all, depends on what your point of view is.
