DDR PC2700 Twinmos vs. Samsung

How does DDR PC2700 Twinmos memory perform compared to Samsung? I really would like Samsung, but at my present location, many resellers are out of stock and has increased the price. I have heard that the Twinmos modules uses Hynix or Samsung chips. Is that true?

Almost all DDR 2700-3200 use samsung DDR 2700 module and retag it as they want with slower timing.DDR 2700-C from samsung was able to hit 400 mghz but is disdand and Pc2700-D have a real trouble to hit faster speed.

DDR 400 most of the time it dont work with many DIMM or with cheap mobo.
