Enable Wifi and Problem with network adapter

Hello,
I tried to connect with intel wifi for windows7 from my lenovo G570. But i got an error saying that, network adapter is not found. May i know as what i can do for the same?

Did u installed the driver?

Is there a switch on laptop to turn it on first?
