Not really, although an EV RE15 might do the trick...

Wow! I didn't know they still made those. However, the D190 which is a
single D design sounds nothing like the D19 which has a variable D.
The D190 was designed to compete against the Shure SM57 and is a pretty good
little mic. A little thicker in the low mids with a "woodier" tone.
Nice on toms.
Closest thing I can think of to a D19 in design is the EV RE15.
But the D19 sounds "bright" where the RE 15 sounds "flat".
With some HF boost on an RE15 you may get pretty close.
