Can't connect to fine wireless network, keeps showing "Identifying..."

I'm trying to connect to the wireless internet at my workplace, my laptop keeps saying that it's connected but no network access.

I know for sure the wireless internet at my workplace is definitely working because my co-workers are able to connect to it by using smartphones, iPads, laptops...ect. I also tried with my own smartphone, it works perfectly fine.
I really don't know what's wrong with my laptop, I don't think my laptop is broken anyway because I can connect to the wireless network at my house.

When I'm trying to connect to the wireless network at my workplace, I have entered the right password, the wirless network connection status keeps changing back and forth between "Connected" and "Limited Accesss".
And I open up Network and Sahring Center, it only shows "Identifying... No network access" all the time.

I have also remove the wireless network in "Manage Wireless Networks" and then set it back up again, but this doesn't help at all.

I really don't know what's wrong with my laptop... It's Windows 7, TOSHIBA Satellite P745. Please help, thank you very much!!
