Cable internet booster hardware

Hello,
I have ATT U-Verse wireless internet but cannot use it in parts of my house. Is ther a booster that I can get to increase wireless internet to the uncovered areas?

look for wireless repeaters/extenders

boosters are ok but ive found they just amplify the signal not the speed. try moving your router to a central area. if not try to find an area where the signal is about 2 or 3 bars and plug in the booster there.ive had alot of issues with booster not so much as far as signal strength as speed. your probably better off going with a better name brand wireless n router than a booster. ive had alot of luck with belkin and linksys.
