Need Help Choosing DVD Burner

I am thinking about buying a DVD burner and need some help choosing one, so far I am down to these two burners:

-CenDyne 2x8x4x24 DVD-R/RW DRIVE 512K BUFFER/ 2MB READ (Made by Pioneer)
-PIONEER A04 2x8x4x24 DVD-R/RW DRIVE 512K BUFFER/ 2MB READ (RETAIL BOX)

So which of these two burners is best? and will Easy CD Creator 5 Platinum burn DVD's or is there a better program I need to buy as well? Anyway any reccomendations would help out a lot. Also with a DVD burner can you acually burn DVD movies like "The Matrix" for example? Thanks

I'll take a stab at the last question. Yes you can easily burn movies but you have copyright and copyprotection to worry about on copyrighted stuff. I do a format conversion from the dvd format mpeg2 to a new smaller format called mpeg4. Using mpeg4 I can burn a whole movie on to a regular cdr and not need to buy a dvd.
