I have a Toshiba Satellite L645,the hard drive broke so I had it replaced with a new one. The product key at the bottom didn't work and now I'm stuck at the product key screen. What to do?

Are you trying to use an actual windows disk? If you are using a windows disk it MUST be an OEM disk to accept the key.

If you had burned the restore disks it shouldn't ask for a key and should activate automatically. You may have to contact Toshiba support to get them to send you a set of restore disks

Try progressing past the key entry stage without entering a key. My setupdisk allows this, then enter the key from the Activation Page within 30 days..
