SCSI RAID Array

i have an adaptec 2100S, and 2 internal fujitsu maj3364mp's. i would like to be able to set up RAID 0. when i go in to the bios of the controller card and try to create an array it tells me that there are no devices to build with..

now.. the hard disks are recognized but the capacity is not and i believe that this is the problem. does anyone know how i can solve it?

let the bios on the controller card format both disks. that will prolly fix it
