I`m selling a rare sixties mic preamp from the german manufacturer
Telefunken named V672a/2. Other companies were also building these
units: Siemens V272 TAB V372 Neumann V472 LAWO 972 etc. It is the
directly solid state successor of the legendary V72 / V76 tube preamp,
which is well known from the Beatles Pink Floyd and others. The unit
is tested and works properly. The condition is nearly mint. Normally
it has a gain of 34dB but with a little modification its reaches 50db
and more. So its very good for all mics condenser, dynamic or ribbon.
This version of the V672 has 2 outputs. Therefore it uses an
additional output transformer!! Alltogether there are 3 super high
quality transformers from the german company Haufe. Only these 3
pieces would nowadays cost about $ 1000,-. All other parts are on the
same level. 24 Volt DC will be needed to operate. A copy of schematics
manual and the original connector are included. So you are enabled to
do some modifications like adjustble level controls (with attenuator
and output gain) etc.

Just as a point of clarification, the V672a uses a 741 opamp instead of
discrete electronics like a V672.
