I bought a new router (Asus RT-N13) and I connected it to my modem for the first time. I opened up a browser on my computer and the router did some setting up like configuring the connection between the router and my ISP. The setup was successful and finished after about two minutes.
But the router always does the setting up process every time I press the reset button on the router.
My previous router does not need to configure anything again about my ISP everytime I press the reset button.
