Is it possible to change a Siemens Cellular phone so it will work on Qwest's
network? If so, how?

My Nokia 8635i is the most disappointing "clay pigeon" that Nokia ever
offered.

I want a phone that will have a "Hands free" car kit that when in the car
holder will turn on and off with the ignition key. Nokia's 8635i with
Nokia's $115 dollar car kit won't do it.
