Tenda router asking for roadrunner password

i have connected a tenda router to roadrunners cable modem and it is part of my network and I cn connectto it with various devices but to access the internet it is asking for te cable account number and password. What is this ? The only thing the cable installer gave me when he set up the modem was and roadrunner email address and password. What is this router asking for?
