Oh boy ... I know this a little late but should be posted. Boot to DOS and type FDISK /MBR.

You should be able to boot into Windows after that. Run a scan with Norton 5.0 or higher and it shall remove your boot sector virus.

If that doesnt help the situation then you should probally run a debug script to erase all HDD information and repartition with FDISK.
