Whats the diference between Creative Live 5.1 and Creative 5.1 Digital? Another question: will I be able to plug my old speakers into Digital?
And
What is the diference between bulk and retail when you buy Sound card or a set of speakers?
And don't suggest "perfect" sound cards, because aruond me I can find only Creative, Leadtek, Genius sound cards.

The only difference is the Digital version have an additional digital output.You will be able to use your old speaker with Creative 5.1 Digital.

What would be the better choise:
Creative Live 5.1 - local price $39-44
Leadtek 6X (5.1, AC-3, C3DX, 2 x optic) - $35
The target system:
AXP 1800+
26 MB RAM
60 G HDD
Sony DVD
NEC CD-RW 32-24-10
Main use: Coding, web surfing, games, movies.

I'd say a definite no to the Leadtek if you like to listen to music whilst playing games as my mate bought one and it won't allow it. Maybe he set it up wrong but that's what ended up happening.
