VNC server for tablets across WAN or over the internet.

Got a nook tablet here. I'm trying to find a way for my pc to access my tablet over the internet. meaning i can view on my pc whatever is happening on the nook tablet.

i tried DRIOD VNC server app but that only allows me to access it behind my modem or exclusive for LAN use.

I have a VNC viewer on my computer here and i need an external IP address to enter for it to work.

How can i do this? i prefer free apps.

not sure if logmein.com will work for that.

I know you can access a PC from the tablet but never tried it the other way around
