Hi all,

Does anyone have an opinion on the Phonic T8200 stereo tube compressor? I
was thinking of buying one but can find no reviews out there. The unit isn't
too expensive and therefore, I am wondering if it is just not all that good
sounding. If you know of the audio qualities of this unit, please let me
know.

Thanks, Mosher

I haven't seen a review of that one yet, but a month ago, Steve Murphy
reviewed another unit in the same series, the T8100 preamp/EQ. He
though it sounded really good and was pretty well built. He tends to
avoid the "great for the money" and evaluate things on their own
merit.

As cheap as it is, it's probably worth having if you need a
compressor. It might not be the best single compressor you'll ever
own, but it's bound to be worth its price more often than not.
