Programming V600 Bluetooth

After doing some initial research, the folks at Motocoder have informed
me that it is impossible to use Bluetooth in the V600 through J2ME.
This knocked the socks off me, although I'll neglect that rant from
this posting.

Anyways: surely the V600 supports other languages other than J2ME.
Even if I had to do some low level programming, surely I could create a
very basic I/O program for Bluetooth which I then use J2ME to control.

This is a phone I could totally geek out over and I refuse to accept
that Bluetooth is unprogrammable.
