Acrylic Cases

I heard that all-acrylic cases are bad for internal components since they can't block any RFI/EMI from outside sources.

Is that true?

I doubt it. They are bad for Television and Radio reception and are therefor illegal to sell with a new system (Fail FCC requirements).

As Crashman says, the emission of interference is more relevant. So don't worry about internal components being effected.
