Msi ms-6728 dvd boot

Hello,
I have a MSI MS-6728 M/Board,when booting with a Windows 7 Disk it gives me a Code 5 error,what can i possibly do to solve the problem.I've tried booting with a USB aswell and still does'nt work.PLEASE HELP GUYS. Regards,Makarios
