Probably not download, but you might be able to buy one from TASCAM or
get it faxed through their Faxback service if that's still working.

you'll have a hard time finding someone putting something that
esoteric and large on line for free. . . if you have specific
problems, i could help you out (i have an m3700), but i really really
recommend the tascam manuals. $50 gets you operating instructions,
signal chain diagrams, basic theory, maintenance, pcb layouts,
exploded views with part numbers, and schematics.
