The best tv-in card you can't afford. The best affordable tv-in card would be either the ATi TV-wonder or the leadtek Winfast TV2000 XP. The ATI card has more features and better hardware but the drivers are horrible, especially under XP. The leadtek card has good drivers, but not as many features as the ATI card.

If your looking for a combo tv tuner and video card then the best option is the ATI All-In-Wonder series, either the 7500 (for people who don't game much) or the 8500 (for people who play many games). The g-force tuners aren't nearly as good as the ATI ones.
