Static ip network, need wireless devices to use DHCP

Hello. I have a static network with nodes connecting to a firewall at The nodes are in the 192.168.1.x network with subnet Internet is connected to the firewall through 2 leased lines.

Now, I have a DHCP router, which I want to connect to this network so that any wireless devices, DHCP can give IP from pool(which is not used in static ip pool). How can I configure this? I would be happy to share more information, wherever needed.
