SMS is considered an Alert. Just look under changing ring tones.

RTFM use ring alerts.

It's amazing how many phones are apparently shipped without manuals.
Good thing they're available online!
BTW, my v600 came with two manuals, one in English which I use and
another in Chinese which I'll be happy to send to anyone who might need
it.

It syncs with both Outlook and Outlook Express using Mobile Phone Tools
2.20 (available for free d/l @ www.motclub.com).

What about the 'notes' portion under the contacts in outlook? I've
heard conflicting reports that some phones bring over everything, but
others don't. any ideas on this?

goto settings then ring styles then scroll down to loud detail (or whatever
setting you have) then click change and you will see it in the list

The Sony Ericsson T610 & Z600 certainly bring over everything, including
notes.
