What phone will sync all fields from Outlook?

I'm currently using a Star-Tac with the Clip-On Organizer and love it
because it syncs everything, from all fields...especially the notes
part on each contact.

I need to change the phone, but need one that will sync everything...I
don't want to carry around a phone book or PDA and phone.

Suggestions?

Do you mind that the phone has no Bluetooth, just in case you need a
wireless headset or something?
