t720 woes please read

As I responded to your other post:
When the volume drops, try moving it lower on your ear. The speaker holes
are very low on the earpiece, and lowering it on your ear position often
helps. The earpiece has a very small sweetspot. If that helps, you can learn
to consciously place it lower on your ear and keep it there. I thought I had
a phone problem until someone pointed that out to me, and it worked.

Thank you so much! Thats what it is! What a design flaw however! Man, I
wonder how many people think they have a bad phone.

my old trusty startac didnt have a sweetspot. this new phone has a sweetspot
that is NOT negotiable........it is a point, and if you arent on it, no
sound
