V500 V600 software where can I find some please

I got the data lead gen motorola with my phones
I got a V525 and V600 the shop gave me their gen data cable so I can sync
the phones
Where can I get the software to do this
I want to sync the names I don't want to put them all in twice I would like
to upload some tones too and alter some settings

I looked at that site and there is a warning about a "new.dll" program which
remains resident and sends out all kinds of private info. Anyone have any
info on that?
