I have been getting these for the last couple of days now and I am unable to figure out the problem here. They are happening mostly randomly, but I have noticed that it happens under load while im in game or trying to show screens on skype or anything with my second monitor. I am in SLI but idk what the issue is.

Either you've got a nasty rootkit, file corruption, or you've got a hardware problem. My vote is the latter. What are the specs of your computer? Is there any overclocking on it?

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2700K CPU @ 3.50GHz (8 CPUs), ~3.5GHz
2 x SLI NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 Ti
Corsair Vengence 16 GB kit at 1600 hz
ASUS P8 Z68-V Pro/GEN3
I have the motherboard on X.M.P. for the memory otherwise it wouldnt work

This definitely smells like a hardware problem. Try running memtest86.

Memtest. I agree, but have you updated the BIOS to 3202?
http://ca.asus.com/en/Motherboards/Intel_Socket_1155/P8...

other:

If that passes, do this:
- remove 8GB of RAM, and
- remove the second graphics card, and
- drop to STOCK CPU settings, and
- update your BIOS if needed

I'm saying do ALL of these things rather than one at a time. If you are stable after that then you can start adding things back one at a time.

I had TWO different BSOD's occur and both were fixed by BIOS updates.
BSOD#1 - was an issue with my SSD drive, and
BSOD#2 - was an issue with my RAM

*Some people accidentally overclock their RAM when they overclock their CPU's. If you increase the Baseclock for the CPU you may need to reduce the multipler for the RAM so it's back where it should be.

Okay had to hop on the ole' laptop. So i had memtest run with all 4 DIMMS full and after a couple hours it had over 680000 erors so now im going through each stick/DIMM to try to see if its the RAM or the mobo.
Another question however, I downloaded Memtest-86 v4.0a and the title of it on the top left is in red, is this version supposed to be in red or is this bad news?
