Toshiba P7750D Satellite Notebook- Wireless Off

Hello, I do not have a manual on/off switch, I tried F8, FN, the toggle, reinstalling the wireless, system restart...HELP! I can't get the wireless to turn on, the wireless icon is lit up, I push it and it says off, but the light is still on, i have tried holding it down, pushing it quickly...any other suggestions or is something internally just broken?
