Dual boot...

Im runnin a dual boot system. Win98se and WinXp. I'm about to upgrade my memory to 512 mb DDR 333. Will there be any problem. I've just recently found about about the "Out of Memory" Error Messages with Large Amounts of RAM Installed

512MB should be fine with a Win 9x OS.

More than that, and you need to do some tweaking.

In agreement, the 9x RAM problem is only aapplies to systems with more than 512MB RAM. You should be fine. GL

512MB will be okay. WinXP, on the other hand, can take as much memory as you put in.
