Cooledit Pro 2 MP2 plugin

Hi,

I've been using CEP for a fair while but have recently needed to start
editing MP2 files. I've found a link to the old syntrillium site for an MP2
filter, but Adobe aren't listing it.

I don't really want to upgrade to Audtion 1.5 simply so I get the filter and
wondered whether anyone could mail me it or alternatively point me towards
it?

As an aside I also saw a couple of postings mentioning using the 'extract
audio from video' file, would this be a viable alternative?
