NVIDIA Gforce 8400M GS not support by Win7

I have a Vaio VGN-SZ71 and have loaded Win 7 Pro onto it. It keeps going blue sccreen saying that my graphics driver is not working and when I try and dowload fron Nvidia site, it says that I must go back to my cxomp supplier / manufacturer, SONY. Does anyone have a solution to this problem

Try Windows Update.
