RAID 0 and defrag

I have recently added a RAID 0 array to my computer with two 20 Gig hard drives, making it the boot drive. After using it for a while I noticed that my new drive is VERY fragmented. Logic tells me that this should be the case because the files are split between my two drives. Am I wrong? Is there any reason to defragment a RAID 0?

Any enlightenment will go a long ways to grant me the edification I deeply desire.

Don't think of it as part of a drive. Logically it's one drive. Just defrag as usual.

All those little bits of the file get put in, sequental. =)
