D3dx9_34 dll is missing windows 7

i just installed COD4, but when i open it, d3dx9_34.dll is missing in my computer.. what will i do? can you help me step by step? i am not god in computer software works ....

don't download dll files from websites like this ^, it's much safe to replace DX, drivers, and game files from trusted websites.

don't download the dll file it does't work I tried instead run dxwebsetup.it worked for skyrim for me.
