You don't need a driver. You need to repair your Operating System, as something is corrupted in the boot loader.

Put a windows OS disk in and select "repair".

I have had a problem before when bootMGR was missing, when i tried to repair it, i couldnt see any of my drives.

If you have this problem, just take out and re-insert your hard drive(s) and reset CMOS.
