Limited or no connectivity. Unable to contact your DHCP server

Until a couple of days ago I was able to connect to the internet wirelessly on both my laptop as well as my desktop. However, that has changed for the desktop, now I am unable to access the internet on it. It says that it can detect the signal. When I tried to renew the ip it responded with "An error occurred while renewing interface Wireless Network Connection : unable to contact your DHCP server. Request has timed out. "

When I run ipconfig /all it comes up with this:

Windows IP Configuration

More about limited connectivity unable contact dhcp server
  1. Reboot (as in power-cycle) the router.
  2. I have tried rebooting it as well as my computer multiple times and still the problem persists.
  3. Try a different cable and/or port. Network card could be bad also if those don't work.

Plug in the laptop to the same connection, does it work on it?

A lot of ppl w/ McAfee have had issues lately due to a bad update., esp. if everything was fine until just recently. If you have McAfee, uninstall it.
